I migrated this WP installation today to a new server.  The previous install was running on an AWS instance, and the configuration was setup to pull various files from /etc/wordpress.  With this new configuration that was no longer possible.

I ended up using the sample-configuration file to re-create the config for this install & then updated the fields with the new DB details.  Everything seemed to work like a charm!
